You get bombarded with all of these stereotypes immediately. The minute you say ‘I’m a rapper,’ there’s already a stigma associated, like, ‘Oh, you’re probably a loser.’ ‘You don’t have a job.’ You’re this, you’re that. You have to say you’re an artist or a musician.
